Order Adjustments & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours after placing your order by contacting us via our Contact Us page.
- Personalized items cannot be modified once the order is finalized.
- Changes to product type, size, or color are not accepted unless they affect pricing.
- For discounted or bundled orders, please cancel and reorder to make changes.
- Note: Orders canceled within 6 hours may still incur a non-refundable processing fee.
Refund Policy
As all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for:
- Wrong size or color chosen by customer
- Delayed delivery caused by couriers or customs
- Change of mind
We are happy to refund or replace your item in these cases:
- Item is defective or damaged on arrival
- Item received is incorrect in size, color, or design
- Printing is blurry or misaligned
- Order does not arrive within 45 business days from purchase date (claims must be filed within 60 business days)
- Major defect in quality (report within 7 days of delivery)
Please provide the following evidence via email:
- Photos of the defective or incorrect product
- Size tag and measurement proof (if needed)
- Photo of the original shipping label
Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.
Return Policy
No returns are required. If your order qualifies, we will send a replacement or refund without asking for the product back.
- Please do not return items without our instruction – unauthorized returns will not be processed.
- Items purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

- Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- All risk transfers to the buyer once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.
