Order Adjustments & Cancellations

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours after placing your order by contacting us via our Contact Us page.

• Personalized items cannot be modified once the order is finalized.
• Changes to product type, size, or color are not accepted unless they affect pricing.
• For discounted or bundled orders, please cancel and reorder to make changes.
• Note: Orders canceled within 6 hours may still incur a non-refundable processing fee.

Refund Policy

As all items are custom-made, we do not offer refunds for:

• Wrong size or color chosen by customer
• Delayed delivery caused by couriers or customs
• Change of mind

We are happy to refund or replace your item in these cases:

• Item is defective or damaged on arrival
• Item received is incorrect in size, color, or design
• Printing is blurry or misaligned
• Order does not arrive within 45 business days from purchase date (claims must be filed within 60 business days)
• Major defect in quality (report within 7 days of delivery)

Please provide the following evidence via email:

• Photos of the defective or incorrect product
• Size tag and measurement proof (if needed)
• Photo of the original shipping label

Our team will review your case and respond within 48 hours. If approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.

Return Policy

No returns are required. If your order qualifies, we will send a replacement or refund without asking for the product back.

• Please do not return items without our instruction – unauthorized returns will not be processed.
• Items purchased during promotions or sales are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
